Looser clothes - Boston’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital found that dieters who had eaten a diet high in monounsaturated fat were more likely to keep off the weight they lost than those on a low-saturated fat diet. Hunger relief - a new study by Pennsylvania State University and French colleagues consistently proved that volunteers who were fed lunches containing high-mono oil were less hungry later that those fed polyunsaturated oil-containing foods.
